Overview

Carbon Inclusion software designed to also work with projects from immersion Glass. It has the option of working under 3D stereo environment. It includes all the previous features of Carbon Inclusion which is the software developed to work with the projects created by Carbon Microscope, Helium Rough and Pacor. Carbon Inclusion allows to explore and work with the diamond cutting solutions: finding inclusion using photographs from M-Box, Helium iG Scanner, Helium Rough and Pacor systems, allocating diamonds, to evaluating prices of the different possible solutions and quality of the polished diamonds, creating Customer and Polish reports, very defined and customized.

Who needs the Carbon Inclusion?

1. The Carbon Inclusion is designed for diamond cutters and sale specialists dealing with rough diamonds, manufacturers and technologists. The software can be used for training and education.
2. This system is beneficial for factory production and process control.

How does it work?

1. The Carbon Inclusion working with data from the ".ox2z" and ".dmx" files created with the Carbon software and Pacor software by OctoNus scanners.
2. There are different views of the model on the right hand side application windows on the Scene. The Toolbar on the top allows choice of various working modes. Option panels on the left hand side lists and controls the object on the scene: rough models, diamonds, inclusions etc.

Functions

1. The Carbon Inclusion – 2.0 (OiGC-QC 3D Stereo) software is developed to work with immersion Glass technology. It can also work with the projects created by Pacor and Helium Rough scanners.
2. It allows to quickly quality check the AutoPlot file from HiG scanner. Inclusions can be added or edited while performing quality check.
3. The 3D Stereo viewing greatly helps in confirming the plot quality and studying the allocation, before finalizing the solution.
4. It allows exploring and working with the diamond cutting solutions: to find inclusion using photographs from Pacor / Helium system, to allocate diamonds, to evaluate the prices of the different possible solutions and quality of the polished diamonds.
